All prices are shown in US Dollars and may change without notice. An order is confirmed once we contact you to arrange delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing or stock errors.

3. Payment

We accept cash on delivery across Lebanon. Additional payment methods, where available, are shown at checkout. For large orders, our team may agree on payment terms with you by phone.

4. Delivery

We deliver all over Lebanon. Delivery is free for orders over $150; a delivery fee applies otherwise. Delivery times are agreed with you by phone and depend on your region. Please inspect your items upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Products with delivery damage or manufacturing defects may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, in their original packaging and with the invoice. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy.

6. Warranty

Products carry the official brand warranty as noted on your invoice. The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or damage from power fluctuations.
